21st Century Learning Institute's New Principal

The Board of Trustees approved the appointment of Dr. Benisha Carr to the position of Alternative Education Principal. Dr. Carr comes to Beaumont USD from Victor Valley Union High School District where she has served since 2006. She has held the positions of middle school teacher, middle school dean of students, summer school coordinator, and most recently high school assistant principal for the Alternative Education Programs.

Dr. Carr earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Irvine, a Master of Education from the University of La Verne, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.

October 5th - 10th Important Announcements

Hello 21st CLI Families:

This notice is to inform you that Friday, October 5th, there will be no school due to a District wide Staff Professional Learning Day. There will also be no school on Monday, October 8th in recognition of CA. Admission's Day. In addition, due to PSAT and SAT testing, there will be no labs on October 9th and 10th. Testing is for 8th, 11th, and 12th grade students that are interested. 8th graders, please talk with your teacher about testing day. Grades 11 and 12, if you are taking the exam, you will need to report to the school for pre-registration between the hours of 8 and 10am on Tuesday, October 9th and you will need to arrive for testing on Wednesday, October 10th at 7:45am promptly. Once the timed portion of the tests begin, students will not be able to take the exam so please arrive promptly for testing at 7:45am on October 10th.
